I live on a 1012sqm section in blackball, theres a caravan with somewhere to sleep and cook if someone is wanting to temporarily make use of it. Im off grid, however I have running water, gas tanks, and solar powered batteries. Theres a chemical toilet on the property but its quite basic, there is also amenities less than a minute walk (across the road) which offers very clean and well kept showers and toilets. A penny card will be necessary to use the shower, i can lend this to someone in exchange for a $2 coin.

My set up is minimal but im doing the best I can to try and provide something special for myself and others. Its definitely more suitable for people with a self contained vehicle but thats up to them…i wont charge anything, unless people choose to stay longer than a few days… however i expect reciprocal kindness and generosity.
