About this space
We have a classic 1950s Christchurch bus parked up on the corner of the property needing plenty of creative TLC. You'd be living on the bus site, we have a tiny cabin alongside with bunk beds inside or you can live inside the bus if the renovating isn't of an advanced nature. Do you have DIY skills, a passion for painting, or gardening abilities to make this untended corner of our property more fun and livable? Maybe you'd like to stay, play and put your stamp on the place?

What you would help with
The bus comfortably takes 1-2 people, though we have had a family stay before as there are bunk beds in an adjoining very small cabin. Please be aware though the bathroom and toilet are a good walk away from the bus location so that would need to be taken into account if you have young ones and are enquiring.

Things to know
The stationery bus has a queen bed, small seating area in front of a tiny woodburner stove, a reasonable kitchen space with full size refrigerator, gas oven and 4 hobs, drawers and cupboards. There is a large cover over the bus and an old sofa to sit and look at the trees, so plenty of roof space keeps everything dry. The garden shower room, with gas hot water and composting toilet are about 100 metres away over uneven land so you'll need to be resilient and have an adventurous attitude for the old bus stay!
