Includes: - Space to park your van or camper on the front lawn - 2-minute walk to the beach, surf club, and Plaza - Access to cold water from an outside tap - Access to an outside cold shower - Power available from a caravan-style power point - Please bring your own caravan/camping power lead - Cute rustic outside room with sofa and desk - Well-controlled dogs may be considered, but must be cat-friendly I have a space available for someone looking for a handy place to park up their van or camper. You’re welcome for one night, a week, or longer by arrangement, including over winter if it suits both sides. The van space is on my front lawn. It is roadside and the front lawn is not fenced, so it’s not a hidden-away rural spot, but the location is excellent. You’re only about a 2-minute walk from the beach, surf club, and the Plaza. The front lawn has a slight slope, so you’re welcome to position your van where it feels most level and comfortable. You’ll have access to cold water from an outside tap, an outside cold shower, and power from a caravan-style power point. Please bring your own caravan/camping power lead if you want to connect to power. There’s also a cute rustic outside room available, set up with a sofa and desk. It’s lined with ply, watertight, secure, and tucked away from the road, so it gives you a private spot to sit with a laptop, do some work, read, or just have a bit more space outside the van. Well-controlled dogs may be considered, but they must be cat-friendly. We have two cats ourselves, and there are several cats in the neighbourhood. Please note the front lawn is not fenced. Would suit a tidy, respectful, self-contained traveller looking for a simple, convenient base near the beach. Pricing: $20 per night for one person, or $30 per night for a couple.
