About this space

I have a bit of land that im trying to evolve. Wild life a plenty. Close to waterways brilliant for fishing. Wild deer running daily up and down the Creek, through the property. Possums and Wallabies also like to visit. Bare block, no services as yet. There's a Creek running through lower end of the property. (Clean) My property is Situated at the top of Lake Opuha, 15 mins out of Fairlie. Land has a top high and dry block. Below on lower ground level have a there is a pond and wetlands. There is a fire pit with seating overlooking the pond. Have started a fruit and berry block and have an allocated a space for growing veges etc. I would appreciate some help and advice as im a woman with limited skills. I really need the people that wish to stay to have some skills and muscle, and be commited to help. This land is work in progress with most work that I need to do is reasonably physical. My vision is to have a enjoyable space for anyone and everyone that may need a rural setting with hopefully one day a brilliant place to reset your mental health. (Working for me) I know what it's like to need somewhere to feel safe and just breathe for a bit, hence why I am allowing you to come and stay for as long as your comfortable.
