About this space

I have a bit of land that im trying to evolve. Bare block, no services.. top of Lake Opuha, near Fairlie. Has a pond, wetlands, started a fruit block and have space for growing veges etc. I would appreciate some help as im a woman with limited skills. My vision is to have an enjoyable space for anyone that needs a peaceful and beautiful place to be. I know what it's like to need somewhere to call home for a bit.

Things to know

Signal patchy in places but not bad. We have a clean flowing creek at bottom of land. Not really expecting guests in the Winter as freezing temps. We have a high wind zone and high likely of snow dumps. ❄️
