A great spot available on our property in Hastings, Hawkes Bay. Perfect for a traveler/permanent resident (pref working) with a mobile home or caravan looking for a great location and a secure place to stay. Available now. Due to personal circumstances females only (sorry guys 😔). The spot is quiet with power, water and Wi-Fi available. Must be self contained (public dump station located around the corner). Note - I have my children 50/50 (10, 14, 16) so my home environment can be much busier 1 week vs the next. Kids are used to having people on site and are very respectful of a guest's privacy. (Tōmoana Showgrounds 2 min walk away, Hastings CBD 15 min walk, cycle track 2 min cycle).
