A stunning memorable eco retreat style stay in native eco wonderland - private, quiet, birdsong and hens, ducks etc in some areas. Lots of flat private spots to choose to park up, some near large native trees ideal for shade in high summer. Spring fed river, flat large field ideal for parking and camping. depending on option of stay - access to hot showers, kitchen decked out, flush toilets, covered areas for loungeing, dining. Ancient nz forest with 25 mins marked round walk, lots of nature to explore, sunny sheltered from winds in Paradise Valley. Yet only 10 mins drive to epic beach, 15-20 for cafes, shops, petrol stations, retail outlets, op shops, thermal springs (30 mins)

genuinely respect and love nature and animals, no big drinkers, drug free zone, respect, trust & transparency, honesty, no extra visitors except by prior mutual agreement with hosts and their conditions eg health & safety considerations, pressure on driveway use, water use & amentity use etc / music not blaring loud and quiet after 10pm or mutual arrangement, adhere to our zero waste practises, must smoke eg cigarettes in designated areas, collect butts into old tin can etc, biodegradable eco friendly shower products etc if using communal amenities on site and also if bathing/washing in the spring fed river. bring head torches, drive carefully on driveways as they cost a lot to maintain. light no fires unless full permission given (we also adhere to local authority fire safety ratings etc in summer), and agreement to have safety measures in place, water hose,
