Volunteer planting morning

Our planting season runs from March to October and we host volunteer mornings on the first Sunday of every month 10am to 1pm followed by a light soup and bread lunch, which we will provide.

Please RSVP if you are coming so we can plan accordingly and inform you about where to meet. Our planting spots will be at different places through the wetland, beside the river and on our neighbour's land.

In 2021 Liz, Jane and Lucy Riddiford and Rod Sugden first envisaged restoring the wetland that runs through Ruamāhanga Farm and is part of the Wairarapa Moana.
