Vegan Xmas Cookery Demonstration

You are warmly invited to our Vegan Xmas cookery demo, a special fundraising event.
Come and learn how to make some traditional Xmas favourites, demonstrated by our president Yolanda Soryl. Yolanda has been cooking these recipes for many years for her whānau and friends and has them down pat. She has lots of tips and answers to your questions on how to make your vegan Xmas as easy and delicious as possible.
On the menu
- Strawberry refresher
- Cashew nut roast with herb stuffing
- Seitan "chick*n" roast
- Gravy
- Pavlova
You get tasters of each dish and a copy of the recipes to take home. Most of the recipes need a food processor or a mixer and a good blender.
Gluten free? All the dishes except the seitan roast can be made gluten free if we know beforehand. We might be able to cater for other allergies or intolerances: let us know before you buy your ticket so we can check.
