Trash 2 Treasure

We are trying to reduce construction waste. Construction companies donate their unused building materials, and anyone can take them for free for whatever building project you are working on. Everything is free. Take only what you need.

What turns up changes all the time. Recent loads have had wood pallets, corflute, tyres, wood scraps, desks, drawers, a window shutter, chairs, a couch and Pink Batts.

Pickups are currently Thursdays 1pm to 3pm, and we post extra open times and what is in the shed on our Facebook page. Or send us a request here and we will find a time.

Find us at 180 Avonside Drive. Go up the driveway closest to the Woodham Road intersection.

Construction companies: if you would like to donate, email hello@climateaction.school.nz before you bring materials so we can find a convenient drop off time.
