A Sunday session. Free spring vegetable plant-out workshop: get your summer veges in the ground with us.

Join us at the Food Forest & Nursery Hub. Let's grow a food-resilient Christchurch together.

Drop in anytime between 10am and 2pm and stay for as little or as long as you like. Help grow Christchurch's future food resilience and learn practical gardening and food forest skills. Free community lunch at 12pm, then a class and a hands-on activity.

What you get: free plants, new skills, support to grow your own food and a shared lunch. Family friendly, with a jungle gym and wooden barrels for kids to build forts, climb and play. Everyone is welcome, no experience needed.

Find us at 35 Cowlishaw Street, Avonside: the Climate Action Campus, the old Avonside Girls' site, off Woodham Road.
