Come and slow down, settle in and allow yourself to be held by the healing vibrations of sound.

Join Rachel Dawn of EVM by Rachel Dawn for a deeply relaxing Sacred Sound Journey, held in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of The Farm.

Using 432Hz crystal singing bowls, voice, chimes, medicine drum and other vibrational instruments, each journey is intuitively guided and created in the moment. Sound and vibration can help quieten the mind, release tension, support relaxation and nervous-system regulation, and create space to simply breathe, rest and reconnect with yourself.

There is no experience needed, simply come as you are. You’ll spend most of the journey lying down, so the intention is to make yourself as comfortable and supported as possible.

🌙 What to bring

Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
Blanket and pillow
Extra layers/warm socks
Eye mask if you enjoy darkness
Water
Anything else that helps you create your own cosy little nest

Mats, blankets and bolsters are available at The Farm (collect and return to the storage area please), or bring your own favourite comforts.

🕯️ Arrive early

Please arrive around 15 to 20 minutes before the 7pm start so you have time to settle, collect your gear and create your nest without rushing.

After the journey, there is the option to continue your relaxation with a sauna at The Farm.

A regular Sunday afternoon Sacred Sound Journey is coming soon, with the option to add a sauna and nourishing meal afterwards, a beautiful way to spend a slow Sunday afternoon immersed in nature and connection.

You can also arrange a private or group Sacred Sound Journey on another day or time.

➕ Additional people: $25 each

Perfect for friends, whānau, birthdays, small groups, retreats or simply gathering a few people together for some intentional rest and connection.
