Join Mother India and Simon Lee for an introductory workshop on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and its place in our modern lives. A two hour koha community gathering exploring Ayurveda as a philosophy, how yoga and Ayurveda fit together, and the traditional use of herbs and natural medicines.
